How do I buy the plans? |

How will you send me the plans? |
After purchase you will automatically receive an email with the link to download the digital files. You can take the files you'll download to a print shop to print them, or send them to a local engineer/architect to make modifications.

What size do I need to print? |
Metric drawings: Print on A1 size paper (84.1 x 59.4 cm)
Imperial drawings (feet and inches): Print on Arch D size paper (36" x 24"). |
How do I open the DWG files? |
You don't need to open them. Watch this video:

How do I open the SKP files? |
The 3D model in SketchUp format can be opened with the SketchUp Viewer app, which is free and available for Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android here. You can also send this file to a local engineer or architect for modifications.

How much does it cost to build? |
Only a professional builder from the city where you plan to build can answer this question, taking into account the conditions of your lot, what construction method you want and how basic or luxurious you want the finishings to be. In Ecuador, the cost of construction is about USD 1,000 per m2.

What do the plans include? |
The plans include: Floor plans, elevations and sections. They only include the architectural design plans. It is your responsibility to hire a local professional to create the structural, electrical and plumbing plans. These must be designed by local professionals who know the local code and local construction methods of the city where you want to build, and who have carefully examined the topographical and geological conditions of your lot.
